Timefull LLC is the legal entity that operates the Application and, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data collected through the Application. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”), Timefull LLC is the Data Controller. For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), Timefull LLC is the Business.

Information collected automatically through the Application (or third-party services employed in the Application), which may include: IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by Users, the URI addresses of resources requested, the time of each request, the method used to submit each request, the size of any file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s answer, the country of origin, the features of the browser and operating system utilized, time-per-visit details, the sequence of pages visited within the Application, and other parameters regarding the device operating system or the User’s IT environment.
- Email address and any additional information voluntarily provided by the User through forms made available on the Application (including contact forms, subscription forms, and application forms).
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using the Application. Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by the Application is mandatory, and failure to provide such Data may make it impossible for the Application to provide the applicable Service. Where the Application specifically states that certain Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate such Data without consequences to the availability or functioning of the Service. 3. Mode and place of processing the Data
3.1 Methods of processing
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in certain cases the Data may be accessible to specific categories of persons in charge involved with the operation of the Application (including administration, sales, marketing, legal, and system administration) or to external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, and communications agencies) appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. 3.2 Place
The Data is processed at the Owner’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Depending on the User’s location, Data transfers may involve transferring the User’s Data to a country other than the User’s own. Where such transfers are made from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction imposing restrictions on international data transfers, the Owner will rely on appropriate safeguards, including (where applicable) the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
3.3 Retention time
Unless specified otherwise herein, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected and may be retained for longer periods due to applicable legal obligation or based on the User’s consent. Accordingly:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed;
- Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained for as long as needed to fulfill such purposes;
- Personal Data processed on the basis of the User’s consent shall be retained for as long as such consent is not withdrawn;
- Personal Data shall be retained for a longer period where required by applicable law or by order of a competent authority.
Upon expiration of the retention period, Personal Data shall be deleted or irreversibly anonymized. The rights of access, erasure, rectification, and data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide the Service, to comply with its legal obligations, to respond to enforcement requests, to protect its rights and interests (or those of its Users or third parties), to detect any malicious or fraudulent activity, and for the following purposes: Hosting and backend infrastructure, Contacting the User, Access to third-party accounts, and Interaction with external social networks and platforms.

5. Detailed information on the processing of Personal Data
Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:
5.1 Access to third-party accounts
This type of service allows the Application to access Data from the User’s account on a third-party service and perform actions with it. These services are not activated automatically and require the User’s explicit authorization.
Facebook account access (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Personal Data processed: device information; Trackers; and, where authorized, the User’s Facebook ID, name, picture, gender, locale, public connections (such as friends), and primary email address. 5.2 Contacting the User
Contact form (this Application). By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes the Application to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes, or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header. Personal Data processed: email address and any additional information submitted through the form.
5.3 Hosting and backend infrastructure
This type of service has the purpose of hosting Data and files that enable the Application to run and be distributed, or of providing a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of the Application. Some services may operate through geographically distributed servers, which can make it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

5.4 Interaction with external social networks and platforms
This type of service allows interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of the Application. The interaction and information obtained through the Application are always subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network. This type of service might still collect traffic data for the pages on which the service is installed, even where Users do not use it. It is recommended that Users log out from the respective services in order to make sure that the processed Data on the Application is not being connected back to the User’s profile.

6. Facebook permissions asked by this Application
The Application may request certain Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the User’s Facebook account and to retrieve information, including Personal Data, from it. For further information about the following permissions, Users may refer to the Facebook permissions documentation and to the Facebook privacy policy referenced above.
- Basic information. By default, this includes certain User Data such as ID, name, picture, gender, and locale. Certain connections of the User, such as the User’s Friends, are also available. If the User has made more of the User’s Data public, more information will be available.
- Device information. Accessed where exposed by the Facebook API.
- Email. Provides access to the User’s primary email address.
7. Cookie Policy
The Application uses Trackers. For a description of the Trackers used and the purposes of each, Users may consult the Cookie Policy. Users may manage their preferences at any time by reopening the cookie banner from the Consent Records page or by following the instructions in the Cookie Policy.
8. Legal basis of processing (GDPR)
The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users where one of the following applies:

Information collected automatically through the Application (or third-party services employed in the Application), which can include the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use the Application, the URI addresses, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit, and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, as well as other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User’s IT environment.
User. The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
Data Subject. The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.
Data Processor (or Processor). The natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this Privacy Policy.
Data Controller (or Owner).
